Building a Bridge!

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: the government has began construction of  a bridge in our community. This isn’t just any bridge – it’s a symbol of connection, a pathway bringing together our community and the local church.

This bridge is more than a physical structure; it’s a path of hope, taking people to our community center and church! At New Hope Tanzania, we recognize that our community’s needs go beyond the physical and emotional. That’s why our community center does more than just meet these needs – it’s a gateway to the body of Christ. Here at the church, people can find Biblical truth, hope, restoration, and transformation through Jesus.

As we lay the foundations of this literal bridge, we’re also strengthening the metaphorical bridge between our community and New Hope Tanzania. This project signifies more than just improved accessibility; it’s about Biblical community and connection.

One of the immediate benefits of this new bridge will be its role in enhancing our upcoming programs, especially as we gear up for ZOE Grow. This program is close to our hearts, we will be partnering with One Child to implement child sponsorship. With easier access to New Hope Tanzania, we’re opening doors to better nourishment, new learning and development opportunities for our younger generation. More information to come on that soon.

In the next few months, we’re also excited to introduce the Adopt-A-Goat program. This innovative project allows people to invest in our community’s sustainability. The goal? To use the income generated from this program to cover essential expenses like water and power at New Hope Tanzania. It’s a step towards self-sufficiency, ensuring that the church will continue to be a ray of hope in hard places.

As we set out on this journey, we invite you to join us, whether through participation in our programs or by sharing our story. Every step we take is a step towards a brighter, more connected community.

Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for being a part of our story.

With the Lord, we’re not just building a bridge; we’re paving the path to a better tomorrow. Keep praying!

”Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.“
