Pastor Peter Olosotu, and his wife Nashapai are the founders of New Hope Community Center and Church. They are bringing the hope of God’s transformative power to Tanzania.
Their mission involves realigning communities with Biblical principles, mentoring local pastors across 21 regions, and fostering spiritual and educational growth. Peter’s efforts in discipleship, social justice, and community development reflect his dedication to spreading the Gospel and cultivating a new generation of leaders for the Kingdom. His work, deeply rooted in Biblical values, aims to leave a lasting legacy of change and hope.
“And if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.”
Isaiah 58:10 NIV
This leadership program aims to empower individuals within culturally rich, educationally limited communities to oversee the New Hope Church and Community Center effectively. It focuses on imparting skills and leadership qualities necessary for project management, guidance, and decision-making. The initiative enhances self-awareness, supports the church’s mission, and promotes personal and spiritual growth, fostering a discipleship movement within the community.
Meet our ZOE Grow team. They are developing a transformative child development program dedicated to nurturing young minds, bodies, and hearts. At ZOE Grow, children are provided with more than just a healthy meal; they are invited on a journey of comprehensive growth. Through engaging activities, they not only enhance their English skills but also learn about the love and truth of Jesus.
We recognize that proficiency in English is crucial for academic advancement, and we believe that investing in the next generation is paramount. Our aim is not only to see children flourish physically but also to witness their hearts bloom with love for Jesus, shaping them into confident and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
At New Hope, we are inspired by Barnabas’s spirit of encouragement and support, fostering fellowship, discipleship, and community faith building within Salem, Sameria, Oloduporeki, and Eiti through weekly gatherings led by trained leaders. These gatherings aim to uplift, support, and engage the community, emphasizing the truth of the gospel and drawing inspiration from Hebrews 10:24-25 to encourage one another as the Day approaches.
We are dedicated to eradicating Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and fostering positive generational change within families and communities through education and collaboration with New Hope Church and parental support. We aim to instill an understanding of individual and daughter’s value in God’s eyes. Our girls are “made for more”.
